Shipping policy
Free standard shipping on orders over $180
Standard shipping is free on Australian and New Zealand orders of A$240 or more, and on US orders of US$240 or more. Shipping to all other countries is calculated at checkout. Express shipping (Australia and international, excluding the US) is charged at checkout.
Order processing (orders shipped from Sydney)
- Orders placed before 5pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday, are shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed after 5pm, on weekends or on public holidays are shipped the next business day after that.
Delivery times
- Australia Standard (Australia Post): 3–5 business days
- Australia Express (Australia Post): 1–2 business days
- International Standard (Australia Post, excluding the US): 10–14 business days
- International Express (Australia Post, excluding the US): 3–6 business days
US orders
Free shipping on orders over US$180. Our US stock is restocked from Australia every 1–2 weeks. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be dispatched from our Dallas warehouse, plus 2–5 days for delivery. No duties or import fees.
Please note
- Delivery times are business days between major cities, so they don’t include weekends or public holidays.
- During peak and sale periods, deliveries may take a few extra days.
- All delivery times are estimates only.
- International orders outside the US may be charged customs duties, taxes and fees by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
