Returns & exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Beach Week. If something doesn't fit or isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Change of mind

  • You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or an exchange (if your size is available).
  • We don't offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging, with tags attached and hygiene liners intact.
  • You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns and exchanges. We recommend a tracked service such as Australia Post registered or express post, and keeping your tracking number. Beach Week isn't responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or incorrect items

  • If your item arrives faulty, or we've sent the wrong item, contact us at hello@beachweek.com.au with your order number and a photo.
  • We'll cover the return postage and offer a refund, exchange or store credit, whichever you prefer.

Sale items

Sale items can't be returned, exchanged or credited for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights if a sale item is faulty. Sale items are final sale

Processing

  • We'll let you know once your return has arrived and been checked. Please allow 2–4 business days after it reaches us.
  • Store credit and exchanges are processed once your return is approved.
  • Approved refunds (faulty or incorrect items) go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it.

European Union: 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without giving a justification. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
